Customer's reviews
Boarded my 3.5-year-old GSD at PetNest for 3 days. My dog was injured at a previously trusted boarding facility, after that I searched continuously until I found PetNest. Their friendly staff took good care of him and sent daily playtime videos, giving me peace of mind. Requiring a pre-boarding blood test and bath ensures all hosteled dogs are clean. Having their hospital in the same building adds extra reassurance for pet parents. So far, the experience has been good, I trust them now, and I hope their service stays this way. I'll be posting new reviews after 3-4 visits to the boarding facility. I really hope they continue doing the awesome job of keeping our pets safe and clean while on board. As of now, I like PetNest and their services.

I recently visited ThePetNest for my pet’s grooming, and I must say, I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making sure my pet felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They were patient, gentle, and handled my pet with great care.
The grooming service itself was top-notch. My pet came out looking clean, fresh, and well-groomed, with a soft coat and a pleasant scent. The team paid attention to every detail, from trimming to brushing, ensuring a perfect finish.
I also appreciated the hygienic and well-maintained environment, which added to the overall positive experience. ThePetNest truly cares for pets, and their passion shows in their service. I highly recommend them to all pet parents looking for a reliable grooming service!

I have been sending my two golden retrievers for the last one plus years. I am happy to say that they are very nice and well behaved staffs. Their boarding is also very good compared to others in trivandrum. Maily they are affordable compared to others. Both my dogs are kept separately even though they come from same house. My both dogs are always thrilled to go with them when they see their vehicle. Most and most important support is that they accomodate last minute requests which is very helpful in emergency. What ever others say we are very happy with PETS AND NEST. Rahul is the main contact point for us but if he is not available others quickly step in for support.
