I have been sending my two golden retrievers for the last one plus years. I am happy to say that they are very nice and well behaved staffs. Their boarding is also very good compared to others in trivandrum. Maily they are affordable compared to others. Both my dogs are kept separately even though they come from same house. My both dogs are always thrilled to go with them when they see their vehicle. Most and most important support is that they accomodate last minute requests which is very helpful in emergency. What ever others say we are very happy with PETS AND NEST. Rahul is the main contact point for us but if he is not available others quickly step in for support. ~ Arun N

I recently took my Pomeranian , Lucky, to The Pet Nest for grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely caring toward the pets. The best home away from home for Tero! Petnest is hands down the best place for pet boarding. Their dedicated staff treats our pets like their own family members. A special mention to Rao Uncle—his warm, smiling welcome is the highlight of every visit and truly sets the tone for the amazing service there. My Doberman puppy, Tero, absolutely loves staying here. The team is incredibly proactive and followed up with me on every small detail regarding his care. The facility is excellent, with a huge collection of toys and food. I was so impressed with the excellent care my dog received here. Dr. Anupama is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate.I had visited the clinic last week where my dog was not keeping well. Her treatment helped my dog to recover faster. The lab facilities are top-notch, and I was able to get test results quickly. The clinic itself is clean, spacious, and has a great atmosphere. I was especially grateful for the thorough sanitization after each treatment and the availability of all kinds of pet products at reasonable prices. The fact that doctor does initial screenings before grooming is a great added bonus. The store also ensures that all grooming tools are disinfected after every use. Probably, I am seeing first time any groomers using UV sterilized tools. I highly recommend this clinic to any pet parent in need of quality care for their furry friend! This place is very attentive and efficient. Its family run store and clinic with in-house vet support. They were very helpful and considerate to help cater to needs of my three year old foster dog. In fact they have been super patient and very considerate. Also my dog was a very fussy eater and hated packed foods but the packed gravy that we get there was loved by him.
